PIPS is a local company that specialises in providing support for people with learning disabilities, autism or mental health. The role involves supporting people to live active lives in the community, managing their daily living skills, facilitating their hobbies and interests and helping people realise their dreams! We provide person centred individualised care with a focus on the model of Positive Behavioural Support (PBS)!
