PIPS is a local company that specialises in providing support for people with learning disabilities, autism or mental health. PIPS have created some amazing stories in which we have helped individuals to live fulfilling lives in their communities in homes of their ow for the first time in their lives. No previous experience or qualifications, no problem, we can provide you with that to become part of a successful team providing this unique person-centred support!

Job Responsibility:

Supporting people to live active lives in the community
Managing their daily living skills
Facilitating their hobbies and interests

Providing person centred individualised care with a focus on the model of Positive Behavioural Support (PBS)

Requirements:

Permanent right to work in the UK
Level 3 Health & Social Care
An ability to focus and build on people’s strengths
A supportive approach which promotes choice and independence
