Job Responsibility:
Support service users in a personalised way in order to achieve their goals and aspirations
Responsible for systems and processes including support planning, recording, finance, staffing and health and safety
Requirements:
Enthusiastic and dynamic
Drive and passion to support a service achieve success
Demonstrate integrity, compassion, and real commitment to working with Autism Initiatives
Full and active participant in the work of the team, demonstrating best practice
Role model for your team, providing day to day support, guidance and direction to your team members
May be required to conduct formal supervisions
Required to work on a rota basis to include evenings, weekends, sleep in duties
May be required to perform waking nights as and when needed
Hold a manual driving licence (particularly welcome)
Subject to an enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service DBS
