Job Description:

As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key leadership role within our Adults’ Residential Service. This is a 24-hour care facility supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and/or challenging behaviours.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a team of support workers
Leading shifts
Ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment for residents
Overseeing daily operations and staff performance on shift
Supporting residents with day-to-day living skills and promoting independence
Planning and accompanying individuals on community activities to encourage social inclusion
Contributing to care planning and ensuring high standards of care delivery

Requirements:

Must hold a Level 3 NVQ
Willing to work towards Level 5 NVQ in Leadership & Management
Full UK driving licence essential
