As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll play a key leadership role in our Swansea team. You’ll support and guide a dedicated team of Support Workers, ensuring the highest standards of care and empowering individuals to live independently and confidently.

Job Responsibility:

Leading and supervising a team of Support Workers to deliver exceptional care
Ensuring high standards of support in line with individual care plans
Organising and encouraging meaningful, community-based activities
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Liaising with families, health professionals, and other stakeholders
Conducting regular staff supervisions, audits, and performance reviews
Overseeing day-to-day responsibilities within the service and promoting a warm, inclusive environment

Requirements:

1–2 years' experience in adult care as a Support Worker (senior experience preferred)
A UK driver’s license and your own vehicle
Confident in supporting both male and female clients
Able to lead by example with excellent communication and teamwork
Comfortable using technology (for care planning and records)
Passionate about delivering truly person-centered care
