Job Responsibility:

  • Support service users in a personalised way in order to achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Responsible for systems and processes including support planning, recording, finance, staffing and health and safety

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate integrity, compassion, and real commitment to working with Autism Initiatives
  • Be a full and active participant in the work of the team, demonstrating best practice
  • Be a role model for the team, providing day to day support, guidance and direction to team members
  • May be required to conduct formal supervisions
  • Required to work on a rota basis to include evenings, weekends, sleep in duties
  • May be required to perform waking nights as and when needed
  • Hold a manual driving licence (particularly welcome)
  • Subject to an enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service DBS
