Job Responsibility:
Managing a team of Support Workers
Providing high standards of care and support for service users in line with care and support plans
Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
Liaise with health professionals and families
Complete supervisions and audits
Ensure duties by reporting staff are performed to required standards
Requirements:
NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care
Experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant
Must be over the age of 18
