Job Description:

Wellington Support is part of National Care Group. We have a BRAND-NEW purpose built bespoke Supported Living Service delivering supports across 15 one-bedroom apartments, providing 24-hour service for individuals with a wide range of complex needs. Our supported living service provides a safe, secure and vibrant community for people with complex needs who want to live independently with personalised care.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in the senior management to assess peoples support needs
Work with people we support to initiate and develop new ideas and methods regarding the quality of service

Requirements:

Supporting adults with learning disabilities
Have a minimum of a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards this
Able to motivate and manage a team
Full UK Driving Licence
