Senior Support Worker

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Support Workers
• Promote independence, dignity, and well-being for individuals
• Support individuals with daily tasks such as personal care, household duties, budgeting, and accessing community activities
• Assist with the development and implementation of individual care plans
• Liaise with external agencies and professionals
• Take part in team meetings, supervision sessions, and provide coaching and mentoring to Support Workers

• Experience in care, particularly with learning disabilities and mental health
• Proficient in IT
• A proactive "go-getter"
• Able to assist with cooking and daily living tasks
• Must have experience as a Senior Support Worker/Team Leader OR minimum of 3+ years experience as a Support Worker in an adult care setting
• A Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is desirable
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to working with vulnerable adults
• Experience in supervising or leading a team
