PIPS is a local Company that specialises in providing support for people with a learning disability, autism or mental health. We have created some amazing stories in which we have helped individuals to live fulfilling lives in their communities in homes of their own for the first time in their lives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting people to live active lives in the community
  • Managing daily living skills
  • Facilitating hobbies and interests
  • Helping people realise their dreams
  • Provide person centred individualised care with focus on Positive Behavioural Support (PBS)

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Health & Social Care
  • Permanent right to work in the UK
