Job Description:

An opportunity to be part of a brand new service: PIPS are developing a brand new service in Bedale, supporting an individual in their own home. We are in the process of developing a transition plan for an individual to move back to North Yorkshire. This is a great opportunity to be part of developing this new package of support. PIPS have created some amazing stories: We have helped individuals to live fulfilling lives in their communities in homes of their own, often for the first time in their lives.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting people to live active lives in the community
Managing their daily living skills
Facilitating their hobbies and interests
Helping people realise their dreams
Providing person centred individualised care with a focus on the model of Positive Behavioural Support (PBS)
Being part of the leadership team
Role modelling effective care
Supporting both the team and the individuals themselves

Requirements:

Level 3 Health & Social Care
Permanent right to work in the UK
