Job Description:

Our goal is to ensure the people we support live as independently as possible and have access to community activities. Holly Court is a fifteen-bed home with its own gardens, located on the main site in Mirfield. Split into three separate bungalows, it boasts three lounges, three communal assisted bathrooms and three kitchen / diners. Our supportive and welcoming teamwork in a person-centered way to ensure the adults receive the best quality care and are supported to achieve their goals and learn new skills.

Job Responsibility:

Supervising our dedicated team of Support Workers
Promoting person-centered, high quality care
Conducting supervisions and one to ones with staff
Auditing, updating, and reviewing documentation including care plans
Administering and auditing medication(s)

Requirements:

Experience in a similar setting, in a senior or leadership role
Experience in leading a team within a social care setting
6 months of UK based work experience (in any sector)
