Job Description:

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be committed to supporting people in a positive, creative way that enables people to live a fulfilled life. You will support the Service Manager in leading a team who work hard to encourage the people we support to live as independently as possible and to be part of their local community.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support people to live a fulfilled life
  • Lead a team to encourage people to live as independently as possible and be part of their local community
  • Deputise for the Service Manager where required
  • Work evening and weekend shifts
  • Potentially work sleep in shifts

Requirements:

  • Committed to supporting people in a positive, creative way
  • Support the Service Manager in leading a team
  • Demonstrate best practice and be a role model for the team
  • Willingness to obtain Diploma Level 3 in Adult Care (RQF)
  • Subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure
