You will be working on a lone working basis within the service each day, taking responsibility for delivering high-quality, person-centred support and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all residents. Job Responsibility
Provide day-to-day support within a supported accommodation service
Work independently (lone working) while ensuring a safe and structured environment
Carry out key working sessions and develop personalised support plans
Support residents with complex needs including mental health, substance misuse, and housing instability
Conduct risk assessments and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed
Support residents to access relevant services, benefits, and external support agencies
Promote independence and assist individuals in working towards move-on accommodation
Maintain accurate records and case notes using internal systems
Respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns and incidents
Build positive, professional relationships with residents and external agencies
Ensure the service remains safe, clean, and compliant with policies and procedures
Requirements
Experience working within homelessness, supported housing, or adult social care
Strong understanding of safeguarding and risk management
