Senior Support Worker - Children's Residential Birmingham £15.00-£16.00 per hour | 40+ Hours Per Week Temp to Perm | Days, Nights & Sleep-ins We are recruiting experienced Senior Support Workers for children's residential homes in Birmingham. You will support young people within a safe, structured, and nurturing environment while leading shifts and supporting staff teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead shifts and support the day-to-day running of the home
  • Promote positive behaviour and independence
  • Safeguard children and young people
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Work closely with management and external professionals

Requirements

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
  • Experience within children's residential care
  • Experience leading shifts/staff
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Strong safeguarding knowledge
