Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage the first-line support team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues and queries
Develop and implement support processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality
Monitor support team performance and provide guidance and training as needed
Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to BI systems, applications, and tools
Collaborate with data engineers and other technical teams to address complex issues and escalate as necessary
Collaborate with DevOps engineers and other technical teams to address complex issues and escalate as necessary

Requirements:

Preferably at least 5 years’ experience in IT support
At least 1 years’ experience with Microsoft Azure
Solid understanding of cloud architecture
Strong troubleshooting skills
Organizing abilities
Strong customer focus
Can rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
Advanced English is a must
Excellent communication skills with high customer focus
