Job Description:

We are looking for someone to fill the position of Production Support and Administration in the area of electronic platforms.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing N2 support for the application to the N0 and N1 teams
  • Assisting users in resolving technical or functional issues
  • Updating application components, either due to a version change sent by the supplier, to resolve an incident, or to add new functionality
  • Assisting with production during extended hours, including on-call duty during American market opening hours, holidays, etc.
  • Meetings with business, suppliers, and other agents
  • Manage product ticketing for incidents and support

Requirements:

  • + 5 years working with ‘ORC’ and ‘Tbricks’ products at both the support and administrator/functional levels
  • General knowledge of markets and electronic trading instruments
  • General knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, and ShellScript
  • Fluent English Level
  • Technical and functional knowledge of applications related to electronic market activity, both at the support and administration levels
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to understand problems and communicate them effectively
