As a Senior Supply Planning Manager at Westwing, you will take ownership of the end-to-end supply planning process for a defined SKU portfolio, ensuring optimal product availability, healthy inventory levels, and alignment with business objectives. In this role, you will combine strong analytical skills with hands-on planning expertise to actively steer supply decisions in a dynamic, multi-SKU environment. We are looking for an experienced professional who brings a proven track record in supply planning or supply chain analytics, is confident working with data (e.g. Excel, SQL, BI tools), and thrives in cross-functional collaboration. Your ability to influence stakeholders, drive process improvements, and mentor others will be essential to your success in this role. This position is permanent and based in Munich.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and drive the end-to-end supply planning process for a defined SKU portfolio, ensuring product availability, optimal inventory levels, and alignment with business goals
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise supply and inventory KPIs
  • identify root causes and implement sustainable improvements
  • Manage stock levels, inventory health, and promotional readiness to maximise GMV while meeting inventory turn and capacity targets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure strong alignment between supply plans and commercial priorities
  • Continuously evaluate and refine supply plans in close partnership with Buying, taking into account replenishment cycles, campaigns, seasonality, and market dynamics
  • Lead process improvements by introducing automation, advanced analytics, and scalable workflows to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering expertise in advanced supply planning and strengthening cross-functional collaboration

Requirements:

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in supply planning or supply chain analytics, ideally managing complex, multi-SKU portfolios across regions
  • Proven track record of designing and improving planning processes within complex supply chain environments
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and mentor team members
  • Fluent in English
