Dual-Plant PMC Management (~70% Focus): Lead the development, review, and issuance of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and weekly/daily production schedules for both plants
Oversee the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) process, formulate procurement and inventory strategies
Serve as the key liaison between Sales, ENG, Pjm, Procurement, and Manufacturing by working with S&OP team to resolve critical issues
Establish and monitor key PMC metrics
Multi-Country Import/Export Logistics Management (~30% Focus): Take full responsibility for international transport, customs clearance, warehousing, and distribution related to six distinct import/export logistics operations
Ensure all import/export activities comply with customs regulations and trade compliance requirements
Effectively control international/domestic logistics costs
Manage the seamless flow of information from plant outbound to overseas customers/warehouses
Oversee the performance of partners (carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers)
Proactively identify potential risks in the international logistics landscape and develop robust contingency plans
Team & Strategic Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team encompassing planning, materials control, and logistics functions
Contribute to and execute the medium-to-long term supply chain strategy, driving digitalization projects and process optimization initiatives
Data Analysis and Digital Enablement: Utilize tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Advanced Excel to conduct in-depth mining and analysis of end-to-end supply chain data
Establish and refine supply chain data dashboards for real-time and transparent monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)
Identify opportunities for automation and digital improvement within supply chain processes
Lead or play a core role in supply chain digitalization projects
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in manufacturing supply chain management, with at least 5 years directly managing the PMC function across two or more plants
Proven hands-on experience managing import/export logistics, with a strong grasp of Incoterms, customs procedures, and trade compliance
High proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), particularly the PMC modules, and advanced skills in data analysis and modeling using Excel and/or BI tools
Excellent cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure in a complex, multi-tasking environment
Exceptional PowerPoint creation and professional presentation skills are mandatory
