Harmonic are proud to be partnering with a fast-growing wellness brand that has built an exceptional reputation through high-quality, effective products and a loyal customer base. In a market often driven by short-term trends, they've stood out by focusing on product integrity, strong repeat purchase, and building long-term trust with their community through product lines which are additive free and scientifically proven. Following significant success in the UK, the business is now entering an important stage of scale. With growing retail partnerships, strong momentum across social and TikTok, and plans to launch into the EU/Middle East, they're focused on creating the operational foundations needed to support long-term expansion. Taking full ownership of the end-to-end supply chain and operations function, the Senior Supply Chain Manager will be central to ensuring the business can scale without losing quality, speed, or customer experience. The successful candidate will lead the function from supplier and manufacturer relationships through to inventory planning, fulfilment, logistics, and customer operations. Working closely with senior leadership, they'll play a key role in shaping product launches, managing and optimising 3PL partnerships, and building the systems, processes, and resilience needed for international growth. It's a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-growth environments and wants to help shape a genuinely exciting consumer brand as it moves from strong momentum into long-term market leadership.
