Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing logistics professional with 6–10 years of experience in warehousing and supply chain operations, ideally with an industrial engineering background. This role will act as a senior operational leader within the Contract Logistics team, driving performance, standardization, and growth across multiple stations. The candidate will play a pivotal role in elevating our logistics product, optimizing processes, enhancing system capabilities, and enabling scalable, high-quality operations across the network.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the global subject-matter expert for Aramex’s Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Own end-to-end WMS rollout and lifecycle management
  • Prioritize and drive WMS and digital enhancement requests in partnership with IT
  • Lead performance governance, monitoring core KPIs across stations
  • Act as a technical and commercial advisor to strategic customers
  • Participate in customer discovery meetings
  • Price and model large-scale logistics projects across multiple verticals
  • Analyze station-level financials
  • Lead onboarding of new strategic customers
  • Evaluate inbound and outbound process data
  • Assess and validate operational readiness for new customers
  • Sign off on system enhancements and new digital capabilities
  • Deliver structured sales enablement training across regions
  • Stay ahead of market trends by evaluating and piloting emerging technologies
  • Provide executive-level support during key internal and external meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering (or a closely related field)
  • 6–10 years of hands-on experience in warehousing, logistics operations, or supply chain execution, preferably within high-volume, multi-site environments
  • Proven expertise in WMS-driven operations, process engineering, and continuous improvement frameworks
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen
  • Advanced proficiency in English, with excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Strong command of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and practical experience with Warehouse Management Systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented mindset
  • Outstanding organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple projects, and deliver within tight timelines

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree is a plus
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are advantageous
