Based at our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will become part of Commercial Supply Chain, a high-performing team of 34 international colleagues organized into three areas: Business Managers, Analytics Managers, and Supply Chain Support. As Senior Supply Chain Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our ambitious agenda forward and translating supply chain performance into tangible business impact for our commercial stakeholders. A role with real business impact. As Senior Supply Chain Business Manager, you will be responsible for global delivery performance for a specific business area and drive communication around delivery performance towards the commercial organization. You will be the primary supply chain interface towards the commercial organization, ensuring transparency, proactive communication, and swift action when risks arise. You will work closely with sales subsidiaries, production sites, and global functions to anticipate challenges, manage supply disruptions, and support key commercial opportunities. The role requires comfort in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly, and where your judgement and stakeholder skills make a real difference.
Job Responsibility:
Providing clear and actionable supply chain overviews to senior commercial stakeholders and aligning priorities
Acting as the single point of contact between Global Operations and regions/subsidiaries
Driving and participating in supply disruption and crisis management initiatives, ensuring timely, compliant execution and communication
Ensuring strong end-to-end coordination across the value chain within Global Supply Chain
Identifying and driving process improvement opportunities that strengthen delivery performance and customer experience
Requirements:
Hold a master’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, economics, or a related field
Have a strong understanding of how a commercial organization operates and can navigate complex stakeholder landscapes
Bring several years of experience from different parts of a global supply chain
Have experience with project management (an advantage)
Are fluent in English, both written and spoken (Danish is not required)
Possess strong IT skills, with advanced proficiency in MS Office - especially Excel and PowerPoint
