Job Description

As a Senior Supply Specialist, you will enhance operational efficiency by streamlining workflows, improving task allocation, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Through the creation of data-driven reports and innovative process automation, this position will drive informed decision-making and operational innovation. Additionally, by addressing tooling and process challenges with expert solutions and providing adaptable project support, the role will ensure operational excellence and contribute to the broader success of the organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Operational Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the go-to expert on operational processes, leading the resolution of highly complex and ambiguous problems
  • Leverage AI and Automation: Champion the use of AI-driven tools and automation to optimize workflows, enhance data management, and streamline onboarding and daily operations
  • Strategic Process Optimization: Lead the identification, design, and implementation of innovative process improvements for onboarding, data management, and cross-team collaboration
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science and other stakeholder teams to resolve multi-faceted challenges, drive strategic initiatives, and continuously improve operational workflows across the platform
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor and upskill team members by sharing subject matter expertise, supporting learning in content management, partner communications and AI-enabled operations
  • Performance Management : Develop, manage, and present data-driven reports and dashboards, ensuring KPIs and operational objectives are consistently met or exceeded through evidence-based action planning
  • Innovation and Problem Solving: Drive innovation by proactively identifying complex business and technical challenges, designing creative solutions, and championing a culture of continuous improvement across teams
  • Business Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of how cross-functional teams' efforts contribute to organizational objectives, proactively aligning team deliverables and priorities to maximize impact
  • Change Agent: Lead and support organizational transformation by advocating for and implementing new technologies, tools, and best practices, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • Expertise in leveraging AI, data analytics, and automation platforms (e.g., AI-powered workflow tools, SQL, Airtable, Google Suite) to transform business processes and solve complex challenges
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Operations or related fields, with a proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and leading impactful projects
  • Advanced knowledge of HotelTonight and/or hospitality industry processes, tools, and workflows, with demonstrated success in optimizing end-to-end operations
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively, influencing and aligning multiple stakeholders to shared goals
