Job Description

Are you an experienced Social Worker looking to make a meaningful impact in fostering? We are seeking a dedicated Senior supervising Social Worker to join our team and provide high-quality support, supervision and guidance to our foster carers. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring children and young people receive safe, nurturing, and stable care. You will oversee a caseload of foster carers, ensuring they are fully supported in their roles and equipped to meet the needs of the children in their care. We work on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of 3 days per week based in the office.
