We are seeking a Senior Specialist in SuccessFactors Compensation/PMGM to lead the governance, evolution, and optimisation of our SuccessFactors modules, including Compensation, Variable Pay, Performance & Goal Management (PMGM), Succession Management, and Career Development Plan (CDP). This is a hybrid business-facing and technology role, responsible for defining requirements, assessing releases, overseeing third‑party vendors, ensuring compliance, and safeguarding payroll accuracy and stability across all legal entities.
Job Responsibility:
Govern and optimise SuccessFactors Compensation, Variable Pay, PMGM, Succession, and CDP modules
Own requirements definition, release assessment, and alignment to policies and standards
Provide oversight of third‑party configuration activity to ensure outcomes meet expectations
Uphold compliance, risk controls, and system stability
Support accurate and reliable payroll processes through strong HRIS governance
Requirements:
Strong functional expertise across SuccessFactors talent and reward modules
Excellent stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence both business and technical teams
Experience governing vendor-delivered configuration and system changes
A detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement
