Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Specialist in SuccessFactors Compensation/PMGM to lead the governance, evolution, and optimisation of our SuccessFactors modules, including Compensation, Variable Pay, Performance & Goal Management (PMGM), Succession Management, and Career Development Plan (CDP). This is a hybrid business-facing and technology role, responsible for defining requirements, assessing releases, overseeing third‑party vendors, ensuring compliance, and safeguarding payroll accuracy and stability across all legal entities.

Job Responsibility

  • Govern and optimise SuccessFactors Compensation, Variable Pay, PMGM, Succession, and CDP modules
  • Own requirements definition, release assessment, and alignment to policies and standards
  • Provide oversight of third‑party configuration activity to ensure outcomes meet expectations
  • Uphold compliance, risk controls, and system stability
  • Support accurate and reliable payroll processes through strong HRIS governance
