We are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join us.
Job Responsibility:
Work directly with clients at all different levels to guide complex projects and develop innovative solutions
Focus on business process re-engineering efforts and technology enablement
Earn trusted client status and build relationships that extend beyond the project’s lifecycle
Apply strong knowledge of human capital management processes and SAP technology to help clients achieve business objectives
Facilitate solution architecting workshops with business managers, client staff, and end-users to determine functional requirements
Configure SAP HR and SuccessFactors systems to meet client business requirements
Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices
Provide leadership to junior systems analysts and client personnel assigned to projects
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent discipline required
5+ years of prior professional consulting or equivalent industry experience in the design and development of HCM solutions
5+ years of recent hands-on systems configuration experience within the SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM
Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central, SuccessFactors Onboarding, SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, OR SuccessFactors Learning
Strong ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions when necessary
Willingness to travel to client locations
