Job Description

This position provides onsite installation, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of BLQ-10.

Job Responsibility

  • Installing, monitoring, and servicing equipment and systems at Company and client sites
  • Performing or coordinating test and evaluation, checkout, and certification AN/BLQ-10 tasks
  • Performing validations/verifications of BLQ-10 operational electronic systems
  • Developing technical/engineering data for Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS), technical manuals, troubleshooting procedures, drawing updates, operation procedures, and maintainability improvements
  • Implementing Engineering Change Instructions (ECI)
  • Training others in the operation and performance of the system(s)
  • Interfacing onsite directly with the customer for equipment/system installation, testing, survey, fabrication, and other engineering tasks as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with engineering documentation standards, engineering plans, system specifications and test procedures

Requirements

  • Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance
  • High School Diploma/GED and ten (10) years of practical experience OR degree/formal training and six (6) years experience
  • Experience investigating, troubleshooting, and designing solutions to problems in operational hardware and software
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Nice to have

  • VA Class SSN experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret US Government Clearance
