About the opportunity As a Senior Structural Engineer within the business, you will balance high level technical delivery with strategic stakeholder management. Your day to day will involve: Engineering Leadership: Taking full ownership of projects from concept to construction, acting as the primary technical authority for clients and builders. Design Excellence: Leading the design and documentation for diverse residential and light commercial projects, ensuring every outcome is practical and high-quality. On-Site Presence: Conducting critical site inspections (including footing and foundation stages) and resolving complex constructability issues in real-time. Strategic Growth: Building and strengthening client relationships while mentoring a high-performing, growing team.
