Job Responsibility:
Lead structural design for varied projects, integrating innovative engineering solutions
Supervise and mentor junior engineers, fostering skill development and professional growth
Perform advanced structural analyses and present findings in comprehensive reports
Oversee project management, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for project integration
Stay updated with the latest in structural engineering to incorporate cutting-edge practices

Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Ability to contribute and work well on a team
Minimum of eight years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on facilities design
Proven leadership skills and experience in managing engineering teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficient in relevant software and engineering tools
Must be a registered professional engineer
Nice to have:
Master's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis)
Proficient in Autodesk Revit
