Job Description

As the Senior Strategy & Planning Manager, you will support the President of Marketing, Strategy, & Product (MSP) and leadership team in strategic, operational, and financial activities. Your primary role is to ensure the President is always prepared for engagements with internal and external stakeholders. You will collaborate across all levels, from Analysts to Senior VPs, to keep leadership informed and drive key initiatives. This role involves developing insights, crafting actionable plans, and supporting decision-making at the highest level. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Technology to align initiatives with business goals. Success requires strategic thinking, executive presence, discretion, project management, and strong communication skills.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Technology to prepare briefings and presentations to support the critical initiatives that propel us toward our business objectives
  • Assist in managing organization's operating rhythm, including tracking and monitoring follow up of critical actions
  • Develop key insights to help foster informed decision-making and recommendations for the highest level of our organization
  • Assist with special projects for the President, his Chief of Staff, and his broader leadership team and provide outstanding leadership and management to the organization to help the group deliver on business goals
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of progressive experience and responsibility in corporate strategy, strategic planning, strategy and operations, business analysis, or other strategic/operational roles requiring executive presentation and communication skills
  • 4+ years - Business operations experience in Marketing or other support organization
  • 4+ years - Program Management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
