Wells Fargo is seeking a highly strategic and analytically driven Senior Strategy & Planning Consultant (Senior Assistance Vice President) to join the Strategic Programs team. This role will contribute to enterprise-wide location strategy initiatives, a top strategic priority, ensuring our workforce is optimally positioned across key markets to meet current and future business needs. You will collaborate with partners across HR, Finance, and Corporate Properties to drive high-impact decisions that shape our global office footprint and talent deployment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct analyses to support enterprise location strategies (e.g., review of market footprint by business, analyze capacity for businesses)
  • Develop presentations and content for executive stakeholders to support discussions and decision-making
  • Support build-out of tools and reporting for Location Strategy to monitor progress and deliver actionable insights at the market, business unit, and enterprise levels
  • Directly work with key Location Strategy partners in the line of business as well as other corporate functions (e.g., Real Estate, HR, Finance)

Requirements:

4+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice to have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and background
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment
  • Background in consulting, internal strategy, or corporate finance with a focus on enterprise transformation, location strategy and/or workforce optimization
  • Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills), with a strong emphasis on analyzing/summarizing complex data sets in Excel
