As a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager, you will own the Matching & Logistics sub-vertical within the APAC region. You will play a crucial role in aligning global priorities with APAC-specific market needs, ensuring that global strategies and products are tailored for success in local markets. • Stakeholder Mastery: A natural connector who can influence without authority, building 'win-win' partnerships across diverse global teams to drive alignment on high-stakes pricing objectives
  • Analytical Grit: A data-driven mindset with the ability to dive deep into product intricacies, meticulous documentation, and testing to ensure success without taking shortcuts
  • Prioritization & Agility: Exceptional judgment in balancing competing market needs and shifting priorities
  • experience in Marketplace or Pricing roles is a significant plus for navigating our high-ambiguity environment
