The Senior Strategy & Operations Analyst supports strategy, operations, and growth initiatives across government and channel partnerships. This role works closely with teammates across Growth, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Technical Project Management through both direct collaboration and dotted-line partnerships. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who is comfortable managing multiple workstreams, navigating ambiguity, and translating research and analysis into clear, actionable outcomes that support business objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Support strategy, planning, and day-to-day operations through project management, research, analysis, and cross-functional coordination
Collaborate closely with internal partners across Growth, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Technical Project Management, often through dotted-line working relationships
Conduct research to support outreach and engagement with counties and states
Track, analyze, and communicate new funding streams, legislative models, and policy programs via presentations, memos, webinars, email, and Slack updates
Manage and maintain legislative tracking in Quorum, providing regular updates to state teams on key elections, major bills, funding opportunities, and policy impacts
Coordinate with Marketing to ensure timely, high-quality completion of collateral for legislators and other outreach initiatives
Support enhancements to pricing methodology and analyze utilization trends for channel partners
Build and maintain market, utilization, and partner models to inform go-to-market strategies
Leverage data, analysis, and modern tools (including AI-enabled solutions) to identify patterns, improve reporting, and support more efficient operational and invoicing workflows
Research and assess new markets and partnership opportunities
Partner with Operations, Finance, and Revenue Operations to support existing partnerships, including troubleshooting invoicing, reporting, and operational issues
Coordinate with Technical Project Management to support partnership operations and implementation needs as required
Requirements:
4+ years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, analytics, consulting, policy, or project-based roles
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams
Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally, including navigating dotted-line relationships
Ability to influence and collaborate with teammates to improve processes, communication, and outcomes
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear insights and recommendations
Comfort navigating details while maintaining momentum and follow-through
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Interest in learning the technical and policy dimensions of healthcare technology products
Comfort using or learning AI-supported tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CoPilot, or role-specific tools) to improve daily workflows
A forward-thinking, curious mindset with an openness to experimenting with new technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment and creativity in designing solutions
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly evolving environments
