The Senior Strategy Manager will lead Fever's strategy and growth efforts in the Argentina Headquarters, focusing on the American markets. The role involves building and managing a growth team, data-driven decision-making, and cross-department collaboration, with opportunities to contribute to global projects, shape the entertainment industry, and deliver high business impact.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • You have a bachelor's in engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in maths, statistics, data analytics, or strategy
  • At least +8 years experience in a business analytics role and proven to have managed teams
  • A high level of English
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Experience working with the North American market is a plus
  • Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage
  • Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
  • Generate high business impact based on your decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases
  • Understanding any coding language is preferred (SQL, R, Python…)
