Fever is a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, aiming to democratize access to experiences. The Senior Strategy Manager will lead Fever's strategy and growth efforts in the Argentina Headquarters, focusing on the American markets. The role involves building and managing a growth team, data-driven decision-making, and cross-department collaboration, with opportunities to contribute to global projects, shape the entertainment industry, and deliver high business impact.

Requirements:

  • You have a bachelor's in engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in maths, statistics, data analytics, or strategy
  • At least +8 years experience in a business analytics role and proven to have managed teams
  • A high level of English
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Experience working with the North American market is a plus
  • Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage
  • Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
  • Generate high business impact based on your decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases
  • Understanding any coding language is preferred (SQL, R, Python…)
