Job Description

This role is a key part of our corporate development team, focused on supporting our executive management team. You will contribute to cross-functional strategic projects aimed at driving efficiency and performance across the organization, including strategic and financial analyses. The ideal candidate is an analytically minded professional with experience in management consulting who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working across functions to drive strategic growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as an internal consultant on strategic projects, providing project management, analytical support, and problem-solving expertise across the group
  • Conduct executive‑level performance analysis, including KPI tracking, and data‑driven insights to support decision‑making and strategic planning
  • Lead and contribute to cross‑functional strategic initiatives that drive growth, operational efficiency, and organisational development
  • Facilitate executive communication and alignment by preparing strategic briefs, insights, and recommendations to support leadership decision‑making across the group

Requirements

  • Master’s in Economics, Finance, Politics or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a top tier management consulting firm corporate development
  • Proven experience from management consulting or similar
  • Strong financial acumen, project management skills, and ability to work across functions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with experience navigating senior leadership and cross-cultural teams
  • Willingness to travel for events, meetings, and market research activities

Nice to have

Industry experience in gaming is a plus
