As (Senior) Strategy & Business Development Manager, Real Estate, you shape the strategic direction and commercial success of our real estate segment. You identify growth opportunities, develop scalable business models, and translate strategy into concrete initiatives together with Product, Marketing, Sales, and senior stakeholders. With strong analytical skills and commercial ownership, you help drive sustainable growth in a dynamic and competitive market environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop the segment strategy and long-term vision in alignment with corporate goals
  • Own the commercial performance of the segment, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting
  • Drive growth initiatives by implementing go-to-market strategies and revenue-focused action plans
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities by assessing market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and evolve business models and pricing strategies
  • Observe ongoing market trends and continuously assess the competitive landscape
  • Identify, establish, and develop strategic partnerships to accelerate growth

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in strategy, business development, or strategic project management
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset
  • Proven track record of developing growth strategies, validating business models, and building data-driven business cases
  • Experience in managing and negotiating partnerships
  • Experience collaborating effectively in cross-functional, agile environments
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
