We are looking for a Senior Strategic Recruiter to join our People team and drive the acquisition of top-tier talent across Europe. This is not a transactional recruiting role. You will act as a key strategic partner to our leadership, building robust talent pipelines, influencing hiring strategies, and elevating our employer brand.
Job Responsibility:
Strategic Partnership & Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and Hiring Managers, providing data-driven market insights
Strategy Development: Design and execute strategic talent acquisition plans for senior and hard-to-fill and niche roles
Forecasting: Proactively partner with leadership to forecast future hiring needs and develop long-term talent pipelines
Full-Cycle Recruitment & Sourcing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior and highly specialized roles
Advanced Sourcing: Develop and deploy innovative sourcing strategies beyond standard platforms
