Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Strategic Recruiter to join our People team and drive the acquisition of top-tier talent across Europe. This is not a transactional recruiting role. You will act as a key strategic partner to our leadership, building robust talent pipelines, influencing hiring strategies, and elevating our employer brand.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic Partnership & Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and Hiring Managers, providing data-driven market insights
  • Strategy Development: Design and execute strategic talent acquisition plans for senior and hard-to-fill and niche roles
  • Forecasting: Proactively partner with leadership to forecast future hiring needs and develop long-term talent pipelines
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment & Sourcing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior and highly specialized roles
  • Advanced Sourcing: Develop and deploy innovative sourcing strategies beyond standard platforms
  • Closing: Skillfully negotiate complex offers, overcoming objections, and successfully closing senior-level candidates
  • Process Excellence & Employer Branding: Utilize recruiting data to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and report on progress
  • System Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our recruiting processes, tools, and best practices
  • Employer Brand: Collaborate with Marketing and Leadership to enhance our employer brand and value proposition

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, with a significant focus on Senior, Leadership, or niche-skills roles
  • Proven expertise in sourcing, assessing, and closing passive candidates for our GTM, Product and Technical Functions hiring
  • Demonstrated ability to function as a strategic business partner to senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with modern ATS systems and advanced sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
