Senior Strategic Pricing Manager

• Manage workload and performance of Strategic Pricing team
• Lead the evaluation of alternative fee structures and other rate/fee agreements
• Collaborate with lawyers, practice management and BD to respond to RFPs, pitches, and other pricing proposals
• Work with various departments to lead rate yearly rate setting and client negotiations
• Provide education and guidance to lawyers on strategic pricing approaches and methodologies
• Analyze financial performance of matters to evaluate effectiveness of fee arrangements, budgets, and alternative fee structures
• Monitor compliance with firm pricing policies
• Develop and implement economic models and other financial reporting
• Strengthen and maintain internal data mining, tracking, and reporting systems
• Explore opportunities to innovate and drive efficiencies
• Leverage advancements in technology and optimizing workflows, processes, and procedures
