LogicMonitor® is the AI-first hybrid observability platform powering the next generation of digital infrastructure. We are hiring a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to own execution and growth across LogicMonitor’s most strategic partnerships. This is a senior IC role for an AI-native operator who can independently translate partnership strategy into clear, well-run workstreams by setting priorities, aligning owners, defining success metrics, and driving execution. You will leverage AI-enabled tools to improve visibility, accelerate decision-making, and increase the efficiency and impact of partnership operations. Success will be measured by predictable partnership growth, expanded co-development, effective joint GTM execution, strong field relationships, and sustained pipeline and revenue contribution.
Job Responsibility:
Translate partnership strategy into clear quarterly execution plans, including targets, GTM plays, and priority initiatives
Drive strong operational rigor across partnerships by structuring workstreams with clear owners, timelines, dependencies, and measurable success criteria
Establish and run core operating cadences (weekly standups, monthly reviews, QBRs), using AI-enabled tools to synthesize updates, surface risks, and maintain clear visibility into partnership performance
Align and coordinate cross-functional teams—Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Enablement—around partner priorities and execution
Orchestrate execution across co-sell motions, joint campaigns, events, pilots, and integrations, ensuring commitments are delivered end to end
Serve as the internal hub for all partner-related activity, including enablement assets, deal guidance, and cross-team coordination
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key partners, acting as the primary day-to-day point of contact
Use AI-driven insights to prioritize focus, identify patterns across pipeline and GTM activity, and continuously improve partnership execution quarter over quarter
Communicate status, risks, and outcomes clearly to leadership through dashboards and structured updates
Help unlock new partnerships in the AI ecosystem and expand LogicMonitor’s value in the AI space
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS across sales, alliances, partner management, business development, or strategic sales
Proven operator who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships
Experience working with large platform or ISV partners
observability and IT automation experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of the AI ecosystem and the AI tech stack
Demonstrated ability to build strong partner field relationships, activate co-sell motions, and drive cross-functional execution to consistently deliver against quarterly targets
Comfortable leveraging AI and automation to streamline workflows, synthesize information, and improve decision-making and execution velocity
Strong communicator able to work effectively with field sellers, partner teams, executive stakeholders, and operational teams
Track record of driving internal alignment and follow-through in support of joint GTM priorities
Experience carrying a quota and delivering against annual targets
