Job Responsibility:

  • Partnership Business Development: Identify, evaluate, and recommend strategic technology partnerships by analyzing market trends, industry shifts, and competitive intelligence to drive growth
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen partnerships by fostering collaboration, ensuring partner success, and orchestrating executive-level engagement to maximize business impact
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead partnership negotiations, structuring mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring clear terms, compliance, and long-term value creation
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales to align partnership objectives with company strategy, driving innovation and market expansion
  • Performance & Impact Measurement: Develop and implement KPIs to assess partnership success, providing data-driven insights and regular updates to executive leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Strategy, Partnerships, Sales, Technology, or a related field
  • 12+ years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, or a related field
  • Deep understanding of technology trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with a proven ability to structure and execute high-impact partnerships
  • Exceptional communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills
