Job Description

Senior Storeman position at McMullen Facades LTD, part of JRL Group. Factory based role with duties including running a small team, stock management, and general warehouse operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Able to run a small team independently
  • Familiar with stock management systems and stores infrastructure
  • General warehouse duties to include: Picking
  • Quality inspecting
  • Stacking
  • Labelling
  • Working in warehouse, loading and unloading containers, pallets, modules or vehicle, manual handling training will be given
  • Palletising
  • General warehouse duties
  • Ensure warehouse areas are kept clear and tidy, at all times
  • General housekeeping, ensuring all aisles and fire door areas are continually monitored for build up of debris
  • Remove all rubbish to appropriate skips/areas
  • Work within our ISO 9001 quality procedures
  • Any other duties required by supervisors

  • Good leadership / management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, well organised, computer literate, willing to learn our systems
  • Previous stores/warehouse experience
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
