Job Description

As Senior Store Marketing Manager you will own and drive the Store Marketing Strategy and bring alive topnotch initiatives to increase Store traffic and conversion across all our Store locations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement impactful, data-driven initiatives that align with our brand vision and actively support our Store revenue goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop, lead and execute the Store marketing strategy for our Stores, focusing on Store traffic increase and conversion
  • Collaborate closely with the commercial and marketing team to ensure the successful development and implementation of initiatives
  • Research state of the art retail strategies, leverage consumer insights and build on market trends to continuously optimise Store marketing performance
  • Track performance through meaningful KPIs, providing insights on initiative results for data-driven decisions
  • Manage the marketing budget for Stores, strategically allocating resources to maximise impact and ROI

Requirements

  • 8+ years in marketing
  • at least 3 years in a Store-focused marketing role, ideally within the premium or luxury home & living or fashion industry
  • Master’s degree in marketing, business or a related field
  • Proven experience in creating Store Marketing strategies that drive traffic and sales
  • Senior project management, data analysis and decision-making skills
  • Joy of working independently in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Creative, strategic thinking, that quickly adapts to Store trends
  • Proficiency in powerpoint and excel
  • basic knowledge of adobe suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.) is a plus
  • Excellent German and English skills
