Senior Store Assistant - Keyholder

We are looking for a Senior Store Assistant (keyholder) in Southampton Millbrook for 20 hours per week. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes. At Toolstation, we're not just looking for what you can bring to us today – we’re focused on helping you grow with us. This is more than just a store job. You’ll be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need, but you'll also be hands-on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves. This is a position with accountability for supporting colleagues to deliver a great customer experience, so whilst retail is not essential, you will need some experience of either being a key holder or supervising team members.
