Job Description

This is a position with accountability for supporting colleagues to deliver a great customer experience. You’ll be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need, but you'll also be hands-on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves! It can get hot in summer and chilly in winter, but if you care about doing a good job and providing great customer service, you’ll fit right in.

Job Responsibility

  • Support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience
  • Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need
  • Handle deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves
  • Keep the store clean and prepare orders
  • Provide outstanding service and stay efficient during busy times
  • Show genuine interest in customers' projects to help them find everything they need
  • Sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts
  • Open and close the store
  • Assign daily tasks to the team
  • Provide short term supervisory cover when needed
