• Support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience

• Handle deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves
• Keep the store clean and prepare orders
• Provide outstanding service and stay efficient during busy times
• Show genuine interest in customers' projects to help them find everything they need

• Open and close the store
• Assign daily tasks to the team
• Provide short term supervisory cover when needed

• Experience of either being a key holder or supervising team members
• Ability to manage early starts and late finishes
