Job Description

Senior Store Assistant (keyholder) in Horsham. 20 hours per week. You will be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers, handling deliveries, warehouse tasks, stocking shelves, and providing outstanding service. Must be able to manage early starts and late finishes. Experience of being a key holder or supervising team members needed.

Job Responsibility

  • Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need
  • be hands-on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves
  • handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders
  • provide outstanding service
  • ask the right questions to show genuine interest in customers' projects
  • be proactive in selling benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts
  • open and close the store, assign daily tasks to the team, provide short term supervisory cover

Requirements

  • Some experience of either being a key holder or supervising team members

  • must live locally and be able to commute to Horsham store
  • must be able to manage early starts and late finishes (store open 7am-8pm)
