Senior Store Assistant - Keyholder

• Help customers find what they need
• Handle deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves
• Keep the store clean and prepare orders
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Show genuine interest in customers' projects
• Sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts
• Open and close the store
• Assign daily tasks to the team
• Provide short term supervisory cover when needed
• Maintain high store standards

• Live locally and can easily commute to our store
• Must be able to manage early starts and late finishes (stores open 7 AM to 8 PM)
• Some experience of either being a key holder or supervising team members
• Hard work and a positive attitude
