We are on a lookout for a Senior/Staff UX Researcher to join our vendor product team. You’ll be a strategic leader and customer advocate, responsible for crafting an insight-driven, intuitive, and efficient experience for our restaurant partners worldwide. As a Senior/Staff UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in taking ownership of mixed methods research for our products. These products encompass a wide range, from our core partner platform, where they manage their orders and everyday operations, to marketing tools that empower them to increase orders through our food delivery apps.
Job Responsibility:
Seek to answer the most challenging questions regarding our users
Plan, run, and analyse independently multiple research projects of varying complexity at different points in the product development process, utilising a variety of research methods
Work alongside cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, analysts, etc.) to ensure research is incorporated into shaping the roadmap
Inspire improvements in our customer experiences and product development culture by communicating meaningful research insights in practical, innovative, and impactful ways to a variety of audiences
Mature the research discipline by partnering with the UX chapter to combine insights across the customer journey and contribute to ongoing process improvements and iterations as we scale our impact
Develop and maintain research operations: build scalable frameworks, research repositories, recruitment processes, and governance across regions
Requirements:
5-7+ years of proven work experience in UX research, product research, or applied research, showcasing expertise in conducting end-to-end complex research using a diverse mix of methods
Proactive attitude, growth mindset, and ability to maintain a structured working style in a dynamic environment
Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
Comfortable with basic statistics, adept at incorporating quantitative methods, and utilising longitudinal UXR measures to support confident decision-making
Enthusiastic team player
Excellent communication and presentation skills - able to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
Fluency in English required
fluency in Arabic is a plus
