Job Description

Play a vital role in recruiting for roles across all our Product, Design and Engineering teams. Support hiring managers and their teams by helping them build out their recruiting capabilities, teaching them to leverage recruiting tools, interviewing techniques, and recruiting best practices. Work with hiring managers to design end-to-end recruiting strategies, help them find creative ways to source great talent, and guide them in building out robust, customized interview processes. Have exposure to various parts of the People function, including Employer Branding, Recruiting Ops, Employee Experience, and more.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process
  • Lead and deliver a best in class candidate experience
  • Work closely with hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of their needs and come up with innovative recruiting strategies
  • Track all search metrics and provide weekly updates
  • Continuously work on designing unbiased interview processes and sourcing strategies
  • Participate in recruiting events and cross-functional projects as needed

Requirements

  • 4+ years of technical recruiting experience with at least 2-3 years at a fast scaling software company
  • Driven to find mechanisms and build programs that result in attracting great talent
  • Sourcing experience using a variety of tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, meetups, Gem etc.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse experience a plus)
  • Ability to move fast and focus on impact
