The Senior Staff Product Owner (PO) is a member of the R&D development team responsible for bridging the gap between market requirements, as defined by Product Management, and the technical solution. This role owns the developed solution throughout the entire development lifecycle, from planning and development to a successful customer release. The PO works closely with the Development Team, Product Management, Professional Services, Technical Writers, and R&D management.
Job Responsibility
Produce valuable content for our customers
Own the product backlog by deconstructing large features into smaller pieces, then defining and prioritizing them to compose a releasable product
Act as the central focal point for all internal and external parties on how the product works, its capabilities, and the effects of any changes
Analyze product business requirements and produce a functional design
Utilize deep knowledge of the product and its customer use cases to collaborate with R&D, explain requirements, and answer functional questions
Lead large, high-visibility projects that involve multiple development teams
Requirements
5-8 years of experience as a functional analyst, product owner, business analyst, or in product management within the software industry
BTech, or BE in Computer Science/Engineering, or 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software development
Deep expertise in Digital Identity and Access Management (IAM), including protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0), MFA, SCIM, SSO, federation, and access control models (RBAC/ABAC/PBAC/ReBAC)
Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of IAM domains
Experience in writing functional designs
Proven Agile experience
