Job Responsibility

Design and build self-service analytics tools and dashboards that enable country teams to monitor performance, deploy local marketing levers, and act without waiting on centralized analytics cycles
Partner with country GMs and regional leads to translate local business questions into structured analytical frameworks and actionable insights
Develop and maintain measurement infrastructure for local marketing programs, including campaign performance tracking, incrementality testing, and contribution to marketing mix models (MMM)
Identify and size new growth opportunities across international markets using a combination of internal behavioral data, supply/demand signals, and external market data
